![]() ![]() Many of our national distributors have these "Code Buster" devices in their repair centers. If you are outside of the USA or UK, you should contact the National Distributor for Raymarine products in your country for assistance. Breaking the security code involves connecting the instruments to a special hardware "Code Buster." We will reset the instrument back to its original factory default settings with CodeLock security switched off. If you can not remember the security code, the only course of action is to return your instruments to the Raymarine Factory Service Center to have them unlocked. There is no way to override the CodeLock security feature unless you know the security code. Is there any way to turn off the CodeLock? The CodeLock security feature is activated on my ST50 instruments, and I do not know the code number. The current transducer cable has 5 wires and 5 pins at the connector, the ST50 instrument has the fitting female plug with 5 wires and 5 pins, but the replacement ST60 and transducer has only 3 wires ? I called Raymarine twice to ask how to connect a 5 pin transducer cable with a 3 pin ST60.Ok, I was kind of hoping you had the Tridata. Here comes something I do not understand. But before I replace transducer, I want to know if its the problem. I got myself a ST60 Depthsounder w transducer as replacement. I'm trying to figure out if there is a problem w instrument or with transducer. I had my diver cleaning the transducer twice, but it did not help. ![]() My old Raymarine ST50 Tridata repeater recently started showing 0.00 feet in depth while constantly blinking. ![]()
